# Politia de Unban

Această pagină explică diferența dintre cu drept de plata, fara drept de plată și Blacklist.

## Drept de plată

Dreptul de plată există numai dacă sancțiunea sau platforma oficială indică explicit eligibilitatea. Plata nu trebuie efectuată prin persoane, conturi sau metode neautorizate.

## Fără drept de plată

O sancțiune fără drept de plată nu poate fi ridicată prin donație, taxă sau achiziție.

## Blacklist

Banul permanent cu Blacklist nu este eligibil pentru plată și nu poate fi contestat prin procedura obișnuită.
