# Politica Discord

Discord-ul oficial este o extensie a comunității Aqua România. Regulamentul general se aplică și în mesaje, voice, thread-uri, formulare și ticket-uri.

## Este interzis

* spam-ul, flood-ul și ping-urile abuzive;
* insultele grave, hărțuirea și discriminarea;
* publicitatea neautorizată;
* distribuirea de malware, linkuri periculoase sau conținut ilegal;
* divulgarea informațiilor din canale private;
* impersonarea staff-ului;
* presiunea asupra staff-ului în DM pentru soluționarea unui caz;
* folosirea Discord-ului pentru Metagaming.

## Mesaje private

Staff-ul nu garantează moderarea tuturor conversațiilor private. Situațiile care afectează comunitatea pot fi analizate dacă există dovezi complete și verificabile.

## Ticket-uri

Ticket-urile trebuie folosite pentru scopul corect. Deschiderea repetată a ticket-urilor, amenințările și încercarea de a obține o altă decizie de la alt membru staff pot fi sancționate.
